Kaylin and the Ettercap
Tara tried giving Jaydin some of the holy water they found to drink. It didn't really help. The further the little girl pulled Deva into the cave, the more he just wanted to sleep. Misty joined them and was thoroughly confused as to what happened. She told them that she went into heat so she put herself to sleep. Meanwhile, Deva found out the little girl's name was Kaylin and her parents were the reason for her death; a sacrifice to save the town. Kaylin kept telling Deva that the 'ugly' thing lived in the cave and it was what killed her. She pointed to the hole in her chest where her heart was missing. Going further into the cave, Deva noticed the skeletons were small, much like Kaylin. Then, the Ettercap had returned. After killing it, easier than one would think possible, they found Kaylin's bones and took them with them. There was a bracelet on the corpse that Deva put on her wrist, binding Kaylin to her. Back on the move again, Jaydin seemed to do a lot better since Kaylin gave him back his heat. After traveling so far, they decided to camp for the night.
